Dr. Wilkes is a board-certified physician with over 30 years of clinical experience and a lifelong dedication to patient care. He completed his medical training at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA, followed by advanced residency training at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York, two of the nation’s most respected institutions.

For 25 years, Dr. Wilkes served as an emergency medicine physician at Main Line Health, where he provided compassionate, expert care to over 100,000 patients. His experience in high-pressure, life-saving settings refined his clinical judgment, gentle bedside manner, and commitment to doing what’s best for every patient.

For the past 6 years, Dr. Wilkes has served as the Medical Director of Bala Better Health, where he combines his deep medical expertise with a passion for aesthetic excellence. His special interests include awake liposuction, PDO thread lifts, dermal fillers, and Botox—each performed with a meticulous eye for detail and a natural, individualized approach.
