Dr Nelson is like no other. He is the most genuine, caring, proficient doctor in the world. I’m serious. The man still does house calls, even on his vacation and is never too busy to help you. He has never turned anyone away even if they could not pay. His patients treat him like family, including him in all their family celebrations. His colleagues love and respect him to the highest degree. He deserves this and so much more just for the amount of people’s lives he saved. He is the best and there is nobody else like him!!
