Daniel Cusator, MD MBA

Dr. Daniel Cusator is a smart, friendly, and articulate person. He often shares his extensive personal and medical leadership experiences with his classmates. He also gave us useful career advices and served as our mentor. I think that Dan likes to help other people to succeed. For me, one of the many benefits and joys of attending the UCI HCEMBA program was making friends with great people like Dan.

I have worked with Daniel and as a member on the Quality Improvement Council to the Board at Hoag hospital. He has great knowledge and insight on current health care delivery, its problems. He possess clarity of ideas and thoughts on how to improve healthcare.

Dan Cusator combines insight across all levels impacting our organization — local, industry, and political/nationwide — with experience in what actually works in organizing disparate, fiercely independent individuals. He works tirelessly to educate himself and his colleagues on the latest and best proven change strategies. In short, he has done a phenomenal job as CMO of our IPA
