Dr Rosita Hamidi, DDS

A former school teacher, experienced general dentist Dr. Rosita Hamidi uses a warm and gentle approach to make even the most anxious patients feel comfortable during visits. She practices general dentistry at Smile Time Dental Houston in Houston, TX, and sees patients as young as three months of age.

Dr. Hamidi graduated from the University of Texas Dental Branch at Houston, after completing her undergraduate studies at the University of California, Riverside. She also earned her Master’s degree in secondary education at the University of Houston-Main Campus, and taught high school math for seven years.

As a teen, Dr. Hamidi experienced dental discomfort and underwent jaw surgery during her teaching years. Surgery changed her life, which motivated her to get the dental training needed to help others achieve the smiles they’ve dreamed of.

Dr. Hamidi and the experienced dental team at Smile Time Dental Houston treat each patient like family, giving them the caring, respectful, friendly care they deserve.

In her free time, Dr. Hamidi enjoys watching movies, going to the gym, cooking, and spending time with her husband and children. She’s fluent in English, Spanish, and Persian, and is currently accepting new patients.
