Lydia Oyegunwa, DMD

At Carolina, I completed my B.A in Biology as well as a B.S in Dental Hygiene. My dental hygiene training taught me a lot about the importance of patient care with an emphasis on prevention and patient education. With this, I developed a real passion for all aspects of dentistry. So, I decided to continue my education at the ECU School of Dental Medicine. Yes, this meant more school. At ECU, I developed a deeper understanding of dentistry and its role in the community. This training molded me into the type of practitioner I am today. Currently, I am excited about becoming an active member of the Wilmington community and providing advanced dental care with an emphasis on convenient, affordable dentistry.
