Michael Gurney, DDS, MS

Dr. Gurney is an excelllent grauate specialist in Prosthodontics. He is an outstanding resident (possibly I ever had in over 20 years of directing graduate programs). He possesses superior technical skills, patient management skills and works well with other grad students who come from all over the world. He often serves as a mentor to the underclass students. His character is beyond reproach and is a great moral and ethical model for his fellow students and staff. His motivation to excel is at the highest level and I am sure he will excel in any endeavor that he choses.

As a student, Lynn was very dedicated to understanding the material being taught and excelled in class. His character is unquestionable. I would highly recommend him in any area of his interest.

Lynn’s (Dr. Gurney’s) drive for learning has always impressed me. In dental school his drive to perfect his knowledge and skills was unsurpassed. This and his deep integrity make him one of the first dental providers I would consider sending a family member or friend to.

I would recommend Lynn for anything. He may never need my help for anything, but I am proud to say that he is a friend and someone I look up to in every important way.

Lynn Gurney is one of the hardest working and driven people that I have ever known. We worked closely together during our residency and he always impressed me with how on top of things he was. While I was always waiting to find time to organize and improve my work, he was actually doing it. I feel he will excel as a prosthodontist and would not hesitate seeing him for my own dental needs. I feel that is the biggest compliment one could give as a fellow prosthodontist. You can trust you are in good hands with Dr. Gurney.

Michael Lynn Gurney was one of the best most unselfish students in our school – one of the friendliest and open and easiest to work with. Great personality, very intelligent, fun to be around, eager to help other people. If you get the opportunity to work with him you will greatly benefit. He will be very successful in anything he chooses to do.

Dr. Gurney is both an exceptionally talented clinician and an A+ class act individual. I highly recommend him because while he is quite talented clinically, he also is willing to teach and mentor dentists who wish to improve their skills.
