Stephen J. Fairchild, DDS

Dr. Stephen J. Fairchild graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry Summa Cum Laude in 1980.He served his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery at the Indiana University Medical Center and associated hospitals.Dr. Fairchild has served Northwest Indiana since 1985 before joining with Dr. Stevenson in 2009.

He is certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and holds Diplomat status in that organization.He holds fellowship status in the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.Dr. Fairchild also holds memberships in many other professional organizations.

He and wife, Michelle, reside in Crown Point and have two daughters, Lauren and Amy.Dr. Fairchild’s hobbies include fishing, boating, and woodworking.
