Dr. Martel has lectured for our group one time but I continue to look for opportunities to invite him back. His knowledge and preparation are excellent. Perhaps more importantly, his humble confidence allows the attendees to his lectures to feel connected and comfortable. This is an important and difficult skill and one he has mastered.
