Dr Kacer was a year of ahead of me in orthodontic residency at Case Western Reserve University. His master of orthodontics was evident early on and, as a result, I looked to him as a mentor during my training. He is diligent in his study to properly diagnose orthodontic cases, which leads to exceptional treatment results.
