Phil’s extensive knowledge and experience in the field of risk management is well-grounded in the ethical foundation by which he clearly lives. I have enjoyed collaborating with Dr. Barbell to develop and present several clinically-related risk management programs over the past several years, and I have looked forward to the opportunity every time.
